By downloading, installing or using VerdAI you accept these terms of use in full. If you don't agree with any of them, don't use the app.
2. Service description
VerdAI is a plant-identification app powered by artificial intelligence. It offers plant recognition, watering schedules, weather integration and cloud backup for your digital garden.
3. Identification accuracy
AI-based plant identification is provided for informational purposes. Although we strive for accurate results:
- Results don't replace the opinion of a professional botanist.
- We are not responsible for incorrect identifications.
- Don't use the app to identify plants for consumption without professional verification.
- Toxic or poisonous plants must be identified by an expert.
4. Acceptable use
By using VerdAI you agree to:
- Use the app in accordance with applicable laws.
- Not submit inappropriate or non-plant content to the identification service.
- Not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the app.
- Not abuse the identification service with mass automated requests.
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, AI models and marks of VerdAI are property of MKDevs. The botanical database and identification model are protected by copyright.
6. Watering schedules
Watering schedules suggested by VerdAI are indicative and based on general climate data and typical characteristics of each species. Watering needs may vary based on specific conditions in your environment. MKDevs is not responsible for plant damage resulting from following the watering recommendations.
7. Limitation of liability
VerdAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MKDevs is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to loss of plants or damage to gardens.
