1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing or using Nuviu you accept these terms of use in full. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the app. If you are a minor, you need your parent's or legal guardian's consent.
2. What the service is
Nuviu is an entertainment app that gathers a catalog of community-contributed scripts, a list of VIP servers, informational guides and a system of quests, tickets and raffles. Nuviu is an independent MKDevs product: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or by the developers of the games it mentions.
3. Acceptable use
By using Nuviu you agree to:
- Use the app in accordance with the laws that apply in your country.
- Not decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the app or its services.
- Not automate, fake or multi-account your way to quests, tickets, gems or raffle entries.
- Not post illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Respect the terms of service of Roblox and of each game. Using third-party scripts may breach those platforms' rules and is your responsibility.
4. Quests, tickets and raffles
Tickets and gems are virtual items with no monetary value; they cannot be purchased, exchanged for money or transferred between accounts. They are earned by completing quests inside the app. Raffles are run solely by MKDevs and are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, Apple or Roblox Corporation. To receive a prize you must have a valid linked Roblox account and meet the conditions published for each raffle; we reserve the right to void entries obtained fraudulently.
5. Premium subscription
The Premium subscription is monthly, removes all ads and renews automatically until you cancel it from your Google Play or App Store account settings. Billing is handled by the corresponding store and purchases are verified on our server. Refunds are governed by Google Play's and Apple's policies.
6. Content and intellectual property
The code, design, brand and curation of Nuviu belong to MKDevs. The scripts, servers and guides shown are contributed by the community or by third parties and are provided for informational purposes only. Roblox, the game names and all other trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you own content shown in the app and want it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
7. Limitation of liability
Nuviu is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. MKDevs is not liable for penalties, suspensions or loss of progress on your Roblox account or any other service, nor for damages arising from the use of the scripts, servers or information shown in the app. Use is at your own risk. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, giving notice whenever reasonably possible.
