Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Nuviu collects the minimum information needed to work. You can browse the catalog, the VIP servers and the guides without an account; account data is only collected if you sign in:

  • Account data (email, name and Firebase Auth identifier) when you sign in with Email, Google or Apple.
  • Your in-app progress: tickets, gems, quests and streak, favorites, script history and referral code.
  • Your Roblox username and your Discord username, only if you choose to link them to enter raffles and receive a prize.
  • Preferences (language, theme and notifications), stored on the device and synced with your account.
  • Aggregated, anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics, to understand which sections are used and to spot failures.
  • A notification token (FCM) so we can send you raffle, quest and new-script alerts.
  • A record of your Premium subscription (product identifier and purchase token), validated on our server.

2. How we use it

We use the data we collect solely to:

  • Maintain your account, your progress and your raffle entries.
  • Sync favorites, history and preferences across your devices.
  • Deliver raffle prizes to the Roblox account you linked.
  • Send the notifications you opted into.
  • Detect errors and improve the app's performance and stability.
  • Validate your Premium subscription and disable ads while it is active.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse in quests, tickets and raffles.

3. Advertising and consent

Nuviu shows ads through Google AdMob with mediation (Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Liftoff Monetize, Unity Ads and Bigo Ads). In the European Union we show the UMP/GDPR consent form before loading any ad, and on iOS we ask for permission through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads. The Premium subscription removes ads entirely.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes. It is only shared with the providers the app needs to run, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config and In-App Messaging).
  • Google AdMob and its mediation partners (Meta, InMobi, Liftoff, Unity and Bigo) for advertising.
  • Google Play and the App Store to process and verify in-app purchases.
  • Cloud Functions operated by MKDevs, which validate receipts, close raffles and verify linked Roblox accounts.

5. Security and verifiable raffles

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS and credentials are handled by Firebase Auth, so we never store your password. Purchase receipts are validated server-side, and every raffle publishes a committed seed before it closes, so its result can be verified and cannot be altered afterwards.

6. Children

Nuviu is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, you need your parent's or legal guardian's consent to use the app and enter the raffles. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time, and withdraw your advertising consent. The full procedure is on the "Delete account" page. You can also revoke notification and tracking permissions from your device settings, and reset your advertising identifier from the Android settings.
