Delete your Nuviu account

1. Overview

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Nuviu account and the personal data associated with it. It is published to meet the data-deletion requirements of the Google Play listing. The process is free and you can request it at any time.

2. How to request deletion

Email us at mkdevs@mkdevsapp.com from the same address you signed up with, using the subject "Delete Nuviu account", and include:

• The email you used to sign in to the app.
• The provider you signed in with (Email, Google or Apple).
• Your linked Roblox username, if you have one.
• An explicit confirmation that you want your account and its data deleted.

3. Verifying the request

To protect your account we only act on requests sent from the registered email address. If you write from a different address we will ask for additional verification before proceeding. We will never ask for your password: we do not store it — Firebase Authentication handles it.

4. What gets deleted

Once we process your request we permanently erase:

• Your user account: email, name, Firebase Auth identifier and sign-in provider.
• Your Nuviu profile, including the linked Roblox and Discord usernames.
• Your ticket and gem balance, your quests, your streak and your entries in raffles that have not been drawn yet.
• Your favorites, your script history and your referral code.
• Your language, theme and notification preferences.
• Your notification token (FCM) and the alerts tied to your account.

5. What we keep (and for how long)

For legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons we keep a limited set of data:

• Premium subscription purchase records (Google Play / App Store): up to 7 years, as required by applicable tax law.
• Aggregated, anonymized usage and error metrics (Firebase Analytics): up to 14 months, with no personal identifiers.
• Results of raffles already drawn, anonymized, so the integrity of awarded prizes can be verified.
• An irreversible identifier (a hash of the email and UID) to prevent ban evasion for fraud or abuse: up to 12 months.

6. Processing time

We acknowledge your request within 72 hours at most and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days, as required by applicable law. You will get a confirmation email once the deletion is done. Deletion is irreversible: your tickets, gems, streak and entries are gone for good.

7. Partial deletion

If you only want part of your data erased — your history, your Discord link or your Roblox account, for instance — while keeping the rest, say so in the email and we will process only what you ask for. You can also turn off all notifications from the app's settings without writing to us.
