1. Information we collect
Bublox Hub collects the minimum information needed to run and to power its account, streak and raffle features:
- User account (email, name, internal ID) when you sign in with Email, Google or Apple.
- Your daily streak state, raffle tickets, favorites and script history.
- Preferences (theme, language, notifications) stored locally and synced to the cloud.
- Anonymous usage data and crash logs via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
- FCM token to send streak, Daily Pick and raffle notifications.
- In-app purchase records (ad-free Premium) validated server-side.
2. Use of information
We use collected data strictly to:
- Run your account, daily streak, tickets and raffle entries.
- Sync favorites, history and preferences across devices.
- Send notifications to the topics you've enabled (streak, Daily Pick, new scripts).
- Detect crashes and improve stability and performance.
- Process and validate your ad-free Premium subscription.
3. Advertising and mediation
Bublox Hub shows advertising through Google AdMob with mediation (Meta, InMobi, Liftoff, Unity). On iOS we respect the ATT prompt (14.5+); in the EU we show UMP/GDPR consent before any ad loads. The Premium subscription removes all ads entirely.
4. Data sharing
We don't sell your data. We only share information with the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging, Remote Config)
- Google AdMob and its mediation partners (advertising)
- Apple and Google (in-app purchase processing)
- MKDevs Cloud Functions (receipt validation and image uploads)
5. Security
Data travels over HTTPS, passwords are managed via Firebase Auth, purchase receipts are validated server-side, and keys are rotated periodically.
6. Minors
Bublox Hub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.
7. Your rights
You can request access, modification or deletion of your data at any time (see the "Delete account" page). You can also revoke system permissions from your device settings.
