Delete your Bublox Hub account

1. Overview

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Bublox Hub account (MKDevs' Roblox scripts, streaks and raffles app) and the personal data associated with it. It is published to comply with the Google Play data deletion requirements.

2. How to request deletion from the app

The fastest way is in-app — follow these steps:

• Open Bublox Hub and sign in with the account you want to delete.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap the Settings button (gear icon).
• Open "Account" and tap "Delete account".
• Confirm in the dialog. You'll receive a confirmation email.

3. How to request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, send an email from the address you used to register, to mkdevs@mkdevsapp.com with the subject "Delete Bublox Hub account" and include:

• The email registered in the app.
• Your Bublox Hub username (if you remember it).
• An explicit confirmation that you want to delete the account and its associated data.

4. Data that will be deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Your user account (email, name, Firebase Auth UID and sign-in provider).
• Your public profile inside Bublox Hub (linked Roblox username, linked Discord, avatar).
• Your daily streak, unused raffle tickets and future entries.
• Your favorites, script history and scripts you uploaded.
• Your preferences (language, theme, notification subscriptions).
• Your FCM token and the notification history tied to your account.

5. Data that may be retained (and for how long)

For legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons we may retain in a limited form:

• Premium purchase records (Google Play / App Store): up to 7 years, as required by applicable tax law.
• Anonymized usage and error logs (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics): up to 14 months, without personal identifiers.
• Historical results of past raffles: retained in anonymized form for integrity and prize-delivery verification.
• Minimal information to prevent fraud, abuse or ban evasion (hash of email and UID): up to 12 months.

6. Processing time

In-app deletions take effect immediately (under 24 hours to propagate across services). Email requests are processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days. You'll receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

7. Partial deletion

If you only want to delete part of your data (e.g. your history or your Discord link, keeping the account) state it explicitly in the email and we'll process only what you requested.
