Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
Bloxly is built for minors and families, so we minimize data collection:
- Optional account (email + name) to sync favorites across devices.
- Preferences (language, theme, favorite games) stored locally.
- Anonymized usage metrics via Firebase Analytics (no personal identifiers).
- FCM token used to send push notifications to topics you subscribed to.
2. Use of information
We use collected data strictly to:
- Sync your favorites and games list across devices.
- Send push notifications to the topics you've enabled.
- Detect crashes and improve stability via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Generate aggregate, non-personally-identifiable usage stats.
3. Advertising and minors
Bloxly shows non-personalized ads via AdMob. On iOS we respect the ATT prompt (14.5+); in the EU we show the UMP/GDPR consent before any ad loads. For users detected as minors, non-personalized mode is forced, and the premium subscription removes ads entirely.
4. Data sharing
We don't sell your data. We only share information with the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Supabase (database and auth)
- Firebase (push, crashes, analytics)
- Google AdMob (non-personalized ads)
- Apple/Google (in-app purchase processing)
5. Security
Data travels over HTTPS, passwords are hashed server-side (Supabase Auth), and keys are rotated periodically.
6. Your rights
You can request access, modification or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can also revoke system permissions from your device settings at any time.
7. Changes
We'll publish any changes on this page with an updated date.
