Delete your Bloxly account

1. Overview

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Bloxly account (MKDevs' Roblox codes & guides app) and the personal data associated with it.

2. Data that will be deleted

Upon your request, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Your user account (email, name, internal identifier).
• Your cloud-synced favorites.
• Your saved preferences (language, theme, favorite games).
• Your FCM token and push notification subscriptions.
• The notification history associated with your account.

3. Data that may be retained

For legal, tax, or security reasons, we may retain in a limited form:

• In-app purchase records (Google Play / App Store) for the period required by tax law.
• Anonymized usage and error logs (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics) without personal identifiers.
• Information needed to prevent fraud or abuse.

4. How to request deletion

Send an email from the address you used to register, to mkdevs@mkdevsapp.com with the subject "Delete Bloxly account" and include:

• The email registered in the app.
• Explicit confirmation that you want to delete your account and data.

5. Processing time

We will process your request within 30 calendar days from receipt of the email. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

6. Partial deletion

If you only want to delete part of your data (e.g., your cloud favorites but keep the account), state that explicitly in the email and we will only process what you requested.

7. Other rights

You may also request access, rectification or export of your data by writing to the same email. You can revoke system permissions (notifications, etc.) from your device settings at any time.
